As a member of the CMSA Management Team, the Technical Manager provides leadership in advancing player, coach, and referee development pathways through high-quality programs, leagues, and technical initiatives that strengthen both the quality and quantity of soccer participation across the Calgary ecosystem. Sport Administrator - Travel Permits & Member Services
The Sport Administrator - Travel Permits & Member Services provides administrative support across CMSA and serves as a key point of contact for members and stakeholders. The role represents CMSA through telephone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring professional, responsive, and welcoming experience. This role supports the League Coordinators by preparing correspondence, responding to inquiries, and assisting with general office administration. Key responsibilities include managing travel permits and Photo IDs, supporting player registration processes, and assisting with the administration of clinics and tournaments.

Grassroots League Match Day Coordinator/Event Team
The Calgary Minor Soccer Association is seeking outgoing individuals to support the CMSA Grassroots League and CMSA tournaments/events this season on a part-time basis. This position will report to the Tournaments and Events Coordinator and the CMSA Technical Manager and will be responsible for assisting in planning and coordinating the CMSA U7-U9 Grassroots League Match Days, as well as tournaments and competitions hosted by CMSA.
